Cuba’s former president Fidel Castro attends the inauguration of the Cultural Center, Studio Kcho Romerillo, Laboratory for Art, in Havana in this picture taken on January 8, 2014. State television on Thursday broadcast images of Castro arriving at the cultural centre in a blue van, to the applause of local residents.
